REPORT AN ISSUE

Whether intentional or by accident, failure to comply with security rules, either by staff or students, constitutes a testing incident.

Improprieties, irregularities and breaches need to be reported in accordance with the instructions in this section for each severity level.

It’s critical to maintain the secure administration of the Winsight® Assessments and to ensure that no participants are given an unfair advantage.

If you have witnessed, been informed of or suspect that a security incident may have occurred during an assessment, please complete the form below.

KEY POINTS

  • Should be provided the same level of security as state-mandated tests
  • Security breaches should be reported to Questar immediately
  • Will not affect the contract or stipends
